Q. Are we obligated to purchase anything at the resort?
No there is no cost or obligation to purchase anything at the resort.
Q. Does my Spouse or Partner have to attend the presentation with me?
Both spouses (or both members of the cohabitating couple) must attend and complete the resort presentation together.
Q. Why do we have to qualify for the resort to tour?
Anyone can tour and purchase any of our vacation ownership plans. To receive the ticket offers, greatly discounted attraction tickets, you must meet or exceed the qualifications.
Q. How much time do we have to spend at the resort?
A 90 minute sales/tour sales presentation is required to qualify for this ticket offer. Both spouses (or both members of the cohabitating couple) must attend and complete the resort presentation together.
Q. What happens to our $20 deposit if we are unable to take the tour?
It is a completely refundable tour deposit.
Q. We are two qualified couples traveling together. Can we each take a tour and get ticket offer?
No, the ticket offer promotion is limited to one per family or group traveling together.

We only use your information to qualify you and to book you for the tour. We do not even get your credit card information. We just get whether or not your $20 resort tour deposit was approved or declined. We do not sell, share, rent or loan your information, other than to book your tour with the resort. Q. After we book our tour can we change to tour date, tour time, or ticket offer?
Yes you can change your tour time or date, but to change the ticket offer. You must contact us for an approval.
